SPSSI Announces Summer Conference Travel Funding Opportunities

SPSSI travel funds may be used to cover all conference-related expenses including conference registration, economy transportation, lodging, and approved food expenses.  All travel grants are awarded following the conference only in the form of post-expense reimbursement upon submission of all receipts, and tax and expense form completion.  Exclusions: Applicants are able to submit to more than one program.  However, no more than one type of travel grant will be given to an individual.

Applications for all travel funding programs are due April 5, 2016 by midnight EST.  No exceptions.

Undergraduate Student Conference Fee Waiver Opportunity
Available to undergraduate student conference attendees.  

Graduate Student Travel Funding Program
Awarded to graduate students accepted to the SPSSI program (presenting at the conference).  

International Travel Funding Program
Awarded to conference attendees residing outside of the United States.  

Diversity Graduate Student Travel Funding Program
Awarded to underrepresented graduate students. 

Crosby-Spendlove Travel Funding Program
Preference will be given to a student presenting research coming from a feminist and social justice perspective.
