SPSSI Conference Mentoring & Buddy Program

SPSSI's 2018 conference theme was "Bridges to Justice: Building Coalitions and Collaborations Within and Beyond Psychology." In the spirit of building bridges, SPSSI's Membership Committee and Grad Student Committee teamed up to plan informal mentoring lunches at the conference. 

Buddy meetings took place on Friday, June 29th during the scheduled conference lunch period. Buddies were matched on common interests related to research, policy, and social issues. Participants were connected with match(es) via email before the conference and met up during lunch time.
