UNICEF Backpack Activation

In September 2019, the SPSSI UN/NGO team participated in the "UNICEF Backpack Activation" which featured 3,758 backpacks in rows reminiscent of a graveyard, each one representing a senseless loss of a young life to conflict. The UNICEF installation was unveiled at the United Nations headquarters to show the grave scale of child deaths in conflict in 2018.
