Anjali Dutt is an Associate Professor of Psychology at The University of Cincinnati, where she has taught since 2017. She completed her B.A. The College of New Jersey and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Social Psychology at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her research focuses on psychological processes that are associated with increasing the wellbeing, participation, and societal influence of globally marginalized communities. She collaborates with community organizations to conduct mixed-methods and participatory research. Her recent collaborations have focused on the experiences of immigrants and refugees in Ohio, and women experiencing poverty and homelessness in Washington State.
Her recent research has been funded by AmeriCorp and the Robertwood Johnson Foundation's Interdisciplinary Research Leaders program.
